Treasurli is a private, invitation-only memory wall shared with people you choose. For anything in this policy, contact hello@treasurli.com.
Only the members of your wall — the people who were invited and accepted. Walls are private by default and there is no public feed. Our staff do not browse your content; limited technical access exists solely to operate the service, investigate abuse, or comply with the law.
Your content and account data are stored with Supabase on Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Ireland, eu-west-1). Emails (sign-in codes and confirmations) are delivered through Resend from EU infrastructure. Our websites are served by Vercel. These providers process data only on our instructions.
Your memories stay until you remove them. Removing a memory takes it off the wall immediately; you can ask us to purge removed content permanently at any time. If you delete your account, we delete your account data and the content you authored, except where the law requires us to keep something.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data — email hello@treasurli.com and we will act within 30 days. To delete your account, email us from your account address with the subject “Delete my account.” If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission).
Treasurli accounts are for people aged 13 and over. Walls are invitation-only, so younger family members appear only in content their adults choose to pin.
