Treasurli lets you keep a private, invitation-only wall of memories — photos, films, voices, notes and links — with people you choose. It is provided by Treasurli (“we”). Questions: hello@treasurli.com.
You own everything you pin. You give us only the limited permission needed to run the service: to store your content, process it (for example making thumbnails or converting a voice note so it can play), and show it to the members of your wall. That permission ends when the content or your account is deleted, except for brief periods in routine backups.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. To report a concern about content on a wall you belong to, email hello@treasurli.com — we review reports within 24 hours and act on anything objectionable, including removing content and ejecting the person who posted it.
Treasurli is young and improving quickly. We work hard to keep it available and your memories safe (your data lives in EU data centres and you can export it at any time), but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and features may change. We recommend keeping your own copies of irreplaceable originals.
You can stop using Treasurli and delete your account at any time (email hello@treasurli.com with the subject “Delete my account”). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to €50 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and Irish courts have jurisdiction. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so here and, for significant changes, by email.
