Getting the app

My invitation isn’t showing. Invitations find you by email — sign up with the exact address the keeper invited. Ask them to check Settings for the address they used (they can re-share the invitation from there too).
My sign-in code never arrived. Check your spam folder, then tap “Didn’t get it? Check spam, or resend the code” on the code screen.
How do I add a WhatsApp voice note to a photo? In WhatsApp, forward the voice note using Share, choose Treasurli, then pick the memory to lay it over.
Who can see my wall? Only invited members. There is no public feed — read our privacy policy.
How do I get my stuff out? Email us and we’ll send you an export of everything you’ve pinned.
How do I delete my account? Email hello@treasurli.com from your account address with the subject “Delete my account”. Done within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Something on my wall shouldn’t be there. Authors can remove their own memories from the memory’s screen. To report content, email us — we review within 24 hours.
